Waitlist Process

In order to be added to a waitlist for your future puppy, a $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required. Prior to placing your reservation fee, an application must be submitted, and you will be contacted by myself to discuss available puppies, upcoming litters, and any questions you may have. Please understand that you will not be judged by how you answer the questions on the puppy application, the questions I am asking are to get an understanding of your family’s needs, hopes, and home environment for the success of your family and new puppy. There are absolutely no wrong answers. 

 

The waitlist operates on a first come, first served basis meaning you will choose your puppy in the order of the reservations received for your specific litter. You will choose what waitlist you would like to be on and will have access to the number of families on the waitlist before and after your pick spot. Please understand I reserve the right to 1st and 2nd pick of each litter regardless of the waiting list. These spots may be held for future breeding prospects or therapy and service placements. 

 

When placing a reservation fee with Dose of Doodle’s, I ask that you and your family are all ready for a puppy. I take reservations for specific litters in order to secure homes for my puppies prior to breeding their parents. It is very important to me to not contribute to overpopulation and to only breed litters that have a certain amount of families waiting on a puppy. I also ask that you understand I cannot guarantee timing of the dam’s heat cycles and although I do my best to predict their cycles and expected due dates, dams can cycle early or later than expected.
